Yes but we only ship our fondant cookies.

We recommend that you contact us first before placing an order if you live outside of New South Wales. 

The processing time depends on the amount of cookies purchased and their design aspects.

Usually a 2-3 day turnaround is estimated depending on the day you order throughout the week, given it is during a normal working week. During seasonal events and other events throughout the year, the processing time will be longer. 

We are located in Sydney, specifically within Bonnyrigg Heights. 

Ideally, if the order is for a design that we have already done before, then 2-3 weeks notice would be suitable.

For customized orders, a notice period of 4 weeks or more would be ideal. This way we can make sure we have enough time to order any cookie cutters needed that we might not have currently, in order to create your dream design.

For urgent orders, it is best to always contact us to see if we can help. Urgent orders are what we refer to as only a very short notice period. usually 5 days or less. Do reach out to see if we can e will try our best to assist you. 

Yes, this is certainly possible.

When checking out, ensure to pop their details in the address section and for the billing address, please fill that out in accordance to who is purchasing the cookies. 

It is recommended that the cookies are to be placed into an airtight container, in a cool and dry area.
